Micro brewery

Hops harvested at Helletofte Beach Langeland, Dk.

Did use the hops for 2 brews, and it was sussesfully.

Have been brewing beer in the basement since 2017.

Are sourcing the malt and hops from Refsvindinge Brewery.

Refsvindinge Brewery , can be recommended , as they are always making fantastic brews there.

I have made 52  different brews until July 2023.

All my brews are prototypes , and all the receipts are kept on file.

Batch nr. 41 has been mashed without usage of hops ,wormwood and elder flowers used instead, and it seems to have been  successfully. dry hops added to the fer-mentor.

Brew 41 bottled on the 14th. of October 2021 , now on the 4th. of November 2021  the beer is with nice foam and a good taste, maybe due to the dry hopping.

On the 1 of November 2021 , brew 41 now with a sour taste like Geuze beer.

 

Brew 42 bottled on the 14th. of November 2021 , 95 x 33 cl. 8,90 %.

Brew no. 43 mashed on the 14th. of November 2021

Brew no. 43 bottled on the 31 of January 2022 ( 2,5 month fermenting ) , made 96 x 33 cl bottles. Priming sugar added to each bottle 1 mg sugar added.

tasted one of the bottles , the brew is quite sparkling quite a good beer.

Now on February 14th. 2022 the brew has been released in the house with success.


Brew no. 45 bottled on April 27 , 2022 , 102 x 32 cl staut clone type.

Brew no. 46 , porter clone type , started fermenting on the 27th. Of April 2022.

Brew no. 47, porter clone type , started fermenting on the 28th. Of April 2022.

I am  using this product for cleaning of the brewing equipment and the beer bottles.

Brew no.44 mashed on the 14th of February 2022.

OG 1.070 hoping it will turn out as a Murphy Irish  stout clone after 60 days fermenting.
