Wormwood rinsed and ready for the jar containing wine.
Harvested at Helletofte Strand , Boestrup, Langeland 18 of August 2021.
Now added 500 grams of sloe berries. ( sort of Pimms now )
Now after 13 days storage , now a taste from the sloe kernels.
Used for making Absinth.
